Κύρια Ερευνήτρια

Βιολόγος με PhD στο πεδίο της Μοριακής Βιολογίας (Βιολογικό, ΑΠΘ). Από το Νοέμβριο 2015 είναι Εντεταλμένη Ερευνήτρια του Ινστιτούτου Κτηνιατρικών Ερευνών με γνωστικό αντικείμενο «Μοριακή Βιολογία και Βιοχημεία Ζωικών Οργανισμών και Μικροοργανισμών».

Ερευνητικές δραστηριότητες: μελέτη του μεταβολισμού των λιπιδών των καλλιεργούμενων ειδών ιχθύων μέσω των πυρηνικών υποδοχέων –PPARs και γονιδίων στόχων τους, μελέτη της επίδρασης ρυπαντών στην έκφραση γονιδίων σε διάφορα είδη ιχθύων, γονοτυπικές αναλύσεις, ταυτοποίηση βακτηρίων του γαλακτικού οξέος με Multiplex και Real Time PCR, ανάλυση και διάκριση βακτηριακών στελεχών με χρήση μοριακών τεχνικών, ανάπτυξη μεθόδων PCR, Multiplex PCR και Real Time PCR στη διάκριση της διαφορετικής ζωικής προέλευσης γάλακτος και γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων.
